Who can apply?
- Pregnant Women
- Women who are breastfeeding a baby under one year of age
- Women who have had a baby in the past six months
- Parents, step-parents, guardians, and foster parents of infants and
children under age five can apply for their children
Are services free?
- Yes! All services are free to those who are eligible.
Am I eligible?
- You are automatically income eligible for WIC services if you currently receive TANF,
Food Stamps or Medicaid (AHCCCS).
- Indian Families living on reservation lands do not need to show proof of income.
- You may be eligible if your income is in the range listed on the table according to the
number of people living at your house. REMEMBER to count your unborn child as a family member.
To set up an appointment, call the WIC Program nearest you. The staff will be
happy to answer your questions and give you more information about the services provided and program
requirements.
