What Is WIC?
WIC is a nutrition program that helps pregnant women, new mothers, and young children eat well, learn about nutrition, and stay healthy. Nutrition education and counseling, nutritious foods, and help accessing health care are provided to moderate to low-income women, infants, and children. (click here for a more detailed description)

Can My Family Enroll In WIC? WIC is for all kinds of families: married & single parents, working or not working.
If you are a father, mother, grandparent, foster parent or other legal guardian of a child under 5 years of age, you can apply for your child.
If you are a woman who is pregnant, breastfeeding, or has a baby up to six months old, you can apply for yourself.
About ITCA WIC: ITCA targets services to American Indians living in Arizona. Services are provided through 11 tribal health departments and one urban Indian health center.
