The NSHAPP through a subcontract with the National Native American AIDS Prevention Center offers capacity building assistance to improve an organization or tribe's ability to provide quality HIV prevention services, plan and develop new HIV services, or expand existing services for American Indian/Alaskan Native/Native Hawaiians.
