Community Mobilization to Improve the Effectiveness and Delivery of HIV Prevention Among American Indian/Alaskan Native/Native Hawaiians

The NSHAPP in collaboration with the American Red Cross, offers two community based certification trainings that assist organizations and tribes to offer culturally competent HIV prevention to American Indian/Alaskan Native/Native Hawaiians. Participants who successfully complete either training receive a certification card from the American Red Cross.

The trainings are offered at $100.00 per student to cover expenses for the course curriculums and administrative costs to process the certifications. Organizations and tribes can request trainings specifically for their communities. There is a six student minimum for organizational and tribal requests.
