Pre/Post Rates: The resort will offer the group rate three days prior to the group arrival and three days following the group departure, based upon availability.

Bellman & Room Attendant Gratuities:
Recommended gratuities are as follows:
     Bellman/Baggage Handling: $6.00 per person round trip
     Room Attendant: $2.00 per day

• The resort understands that Inter Tribal Council of Arizona, Inc. (ITCA) prefers to make this payable at the discretion of each guest.

Special Considerations:
The resort will grant the 18th Annual Arizona Indian Council on Aging Conference attendees the following special considerations:

• Complimentary wireless “high speed” internet access in each sleeping room
• Enrollment in the casino’s “Winner’s Circle” program.

The resort will not guarantee any special requests except those set forth below:

Individual Reservations:
Each individual will be responsible for making his or her own guestroom reservation by calling the resort directly at (480) 836-5300, or toll free to Radisson Worldwide Reservations at 1-800-333-3333, or online at www.radisson.com/ftmcdowellaz. When making reservations, individuals must identify themselves as Arizona Indian Council on Aging attendees in order to obtain the group rate. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night non-refundable room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.

Cut-Off Date:
The established cut-off date will be March 20, 2006, for guest accommodations. After March 20, 2006, all rooms not reserved with an individual’s guest name and guaranteed, will be released back to the resort for general sale. The resort will continue to accept reservation at the group rate, to include pre and post dates, based on room availability until the group’s major arrival date of April 17, 2006.

Guestroom Accommodations:
All room, tax, and resort fees will be the responsibility of the individual guest. Individuals will be required to give a deposit for the first night’s room and tax at the time of reservation. Deposits may be made by check, or use of major credit card or by purchase order. Individual reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival.
