PURPOSE:

The purpose of the Technical Assistance Center for American Indian Elders (TACAIE) is to develop culturally competent health promotion and disease prevention materials, such as health and fitness information in a variety of formats. The center has also been established to develop health promotion and disease prevention strategies including adapting evidence-based programs and developing recruitment and retention strategies for exercise programs
